The De Onlanden nature reserve is very large and, as a result, there are many beautiful hiking opportunities. We have listed a few of them:

Round trip from Roderwolde:
Length 5.5km, starting point: car park opposite mill Woldzigt on Kruiskamp in Roderwolde.
Go through the gate at the right side of the water and follow the purple posts.

Walking around a swamp forest in the Lettelberterpetten:
Length 2.5km, starting point: car park Groninger Landschap, Hooilanden 12.
A nice short walk with a bird hide and a watchtower.
